Refund Policy

As we are a small business we do not offer exchanges on wrong sizes but we do offer refunds or exchanges on items you purchased that are defective.

If you discover a defect in your purchase, please contact us on annaqah@outlook.comwith details of the product, the defect and order number.

We will examine the item and determine whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement.

If you qualify for a return, you must have the item in the same condition you received it with tags, in its original packaging ,and proof of purchase.

We have a 7 day return policy beginning from the day you receive your item to request a return, if it is defective.

Please note that customers are responsible for any associated shipping costs for returned items.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage and a tracking number when returning items to avoid any potential issues with missing packages.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method shortly thereafter.
